“If you don’t design your own life plan, chances are you’ll fall into someone else’s plan. And guess what they might have planned for you? Not much.” - Jim Rohn, motivational speaker If you found the quote above inspiring take a moment to learn more about Jim Rohn at our Motivational Speakers Hall Of Fame. -- To your success, Josh Hinds Sunday, October 22, 2006

Greatness is as much a part of who you are as the more obvious features you possess such as the color of your eyes and hair. The truth is you were born to achieve greatness in your own unique way. However, unlike the two more obvious traits we possess that I mentioned our talents are often hidden from plain sight. Therefore it’s up to us to take the time ongoing to explore, and bring forth our gifts and unique talents so that we, our loved ones, as well as those around us can benefit as a result. The reality is that most people are going to have to hone and develop their talents -- if that weren't the case there would be no need for personal development in the first place. Starting now make the commitment to yourself that you will begin developing the skills that are laying dormant in your life. Both you and those around you will be infinitely better off as a result. Finally, I'd offer this idea as an action step to help you in this process. Take a 3x5 index card and write the following affirmation on it... "Greatness is a part of who I am". Keep that card with you at all times, look at it several times throughout the day and read it to yourself often. Repetition will help you to internalize it and accept the truth that is in that simple statement. -- All the best, Josh Hinds
